• Clients are picked up from select hotels in Las Vegas.
• Clients arrive at Boulder Terminal for check-in. Every passenger 18 years or older will be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID.
• Clients board our EC-130 (EcoStar) helicopter.
• Flight time to Grand Canyon West is approximately 35 minutes.
• Enjoy spectacular views of Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, the volcanic Black Mountains, Grapevine Mesa, and then across the Grand Wash Cliffs, entering Grand Canyon West.
• Continue with a scenic descent approximately 3,200 feet and land on the floor of the canyon.
• Champagne and light refreshments provided at the bottom of the canyon with time for exploration (On the ground for approximately 30 minutes).
• Board the helicopter. The return flight is a slightly different scenic tour route to the Boulder terminal.
• Transfer to Las Vegas hotel. 

• Bring your I.D. – Passengers 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification.
• Check-in is 45 minutes before the booked tour's start time.
• Complimentary hotel transportation is available from select Las Vegas hotels.
• Please arrange pickup from your hotel when you call to confirm your reservation.
  All helicopter passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Papillon will charge passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more for an additional comfort seat.
• Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Tour may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
• Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
• All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-736-7243. Please have your reservation number available. Our specialists are available daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
