Tips & Advisories:

Prior to your wedding, a Clark County marriage license will need to be acquired from a county clerk at the Las Vegas Marriage License Bureau located on 201 E. Clark Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89101. It is recommended to obtain your license at least 24 hours before the wedding. The marriage license will not be included as part of your package.

  • Check-in at the Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters terminal 45 minutes prior to flight.
  • A private helicopter will be reserved for your wedding party of up to 4 passengers plus your minister and photographer. Additional guests can be accommodated on a separate helicopter—pricing is available on request.
  • Depart in your private helicopter and embark on your scenic wedding flight over the Las Vegas Strip.
  • Exchange your vows while in flight over the legendary landmarks of Las Vegas.
  • Views of the Las Vegas strip include the Eiffel Tower of Paris, the Excalibur castle, the space beam of the Luxor pyramid, the fountains of the Bellagio, and the towering Stratosphere.
  • The total duration is approximately 1.5 hours from hotel pick-up to drop-off.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Bring your I.D. – Passengers 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification.
  • Check-in is 45 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.
  • HOTEL TRANSFERS: A Mercedes S Class will pick up the Bride/Groom at their hotel one hour prior to the flight departure. Clients also have the option to upgrade to a Rolls Royce Ghost. The driver will call the Bride/Groom's hotel room 30 minutes prior to pick up.
  • Gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: We will accept a cancellation up to 7 days prior to the travel day/date without any penalty. Cancellations within 7 days of departure date are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund.
  • Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
  • Upon arrival in Las Vegas, the Bride and Groom are required to reconfirm their wedding reservation and provide their hotel room number by contacting our reservations department at 702-736-7243. Please have your reservation number available. Our specialists are available daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
