Discover a memorable Las Vegas experience that combines immersive cinema and a Las Vegas helicopter tour. This tour package starts at Sphere featuring the newest immersive visual experience: The Wizard of Oz at Sphere.

The Wizard of Oz at Sphere will transport audiences, making them feel like they have stepped inside the film and are traveling down the yellow brick road with Dorothy and her friends. The experience will fill Sphere’s 160,000 sq. ft. interior display plane, which wraps up, over and around the audience to create a fully immersive visual environment. To take advantage of Sphere Immersive Sound’s 167,000 programmable speakers, and ability to direct sound anywhere in the venue, the original film’s score was re-recorded to take on new clarity. Multi-sensory 4D elements will be combined and leveraged for maximum impact to make audiences feel like they are in the experience alongside the characters, including high-velocity wind arrays, atmospheric fog, towering fire bursts, and infrasound haptic seats.

Guests will then travel to the Las Vegas air terminal to experience a nighttime helicopter tour over the Las Vegas Strip. Fly above some of the city’s most recognizable landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower at Paris, the Luxor light beam, T-Mobile Arena, Allegiant Stadium, the Bellagio Fountains, the High Roller Observation Wheel, the Strat Tower, and the striking architecture of the MSG Sphere. The flight is designed for both first-time visitors and returning travelers looking for a fresh perspective.

The Sphere experience is suitable for guests ages 6 and older. Accessibility accommodations are available for guests who may be sensitive to loud audio, visual stimulation, or motion effects.

Tour Includes:

  • General Admission to Wizard of Oz at Sphere experience with best available seating in sections P10, P11, or P12.
  • Approximately 10-15-minute flight covering both sides of the Las Vegas Strip and the legendary Downtown district.

Transportation:

This package does not include transfers for any of the activities. Guests are responsible for providing their own transportation to both the Sphere Experience and the helicopter tour.

Sample Itinerary:

  • Clients must arrange their own transportation to the Sphere, the Las Vegas air terminal, and back to their hotel after the experience.
  • General Admission to Wizard of Oz at Sphere experience
  • Doors open 30 minutes prior to showtime indicated in confirmation details.
  • Late seating is not permitted.
  • Guests arrive at Las Vegas Strip air terminal
  • Clients board the helicopter. Roundtrip aerial flight time is approximately 10-15 minutes
  • Views of the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown Las Vegas
  • Return to Las Vegas Strip air terminal

Terms and Conditions:

  • This package requires a minimum of two (2) guests.
  • The Wizard of Oz at Sphere show is intended for audiences ages 6+.
  • Passengers will be responsible for transfers to The Sphere Experience.
  • Late admission to Wizard of Oz show is not permitted and tickets are not refundable if the guest does not arrive on time.
  • Photography is permitted before the show begins. Flash photography is not permitted during the showing.
  • Passengers must transport themselves to the Las Vegas air terminal.
  • Bring your I.D. – Passengers 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification.
  • Check-in for the helicopter tour is 45 minutes in advance.
  • All helicopter passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Papillon will charge passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more for an additional comfort seat.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Tour may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
  • All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-835-8477. Please have your reservation number available.
  • Our specialists are available daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
  • Baggage Restrictions - Purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft due to limited space.
  • FUEL SURCHARGE: A prime-time supplement and/or fuel surcharge may apply.
