This combination tour package offers a unique way to explore Las Vegas from both an immersive entertainment venue and from the sky. This tour package starts at Sphere featuring the newest experience: The Wizard of Oz at Sphere.

The Wizard of Oz at Sphere will transport audiences, making them feel like they have stepped inside the film and are traveling down the yellow brick road with Dorothy and her friends. The experience will fill Sphere’s 160,000 sq. ft. interior display plane, which wraps up, over and around the audience to create a fully immersive visual environment. To take advantage of Sphere Immersive Sound’s 167,000 programmable speakers, and ability to direct sound anywhere in the venue, the original film’s score was re-recorded to take on new clarity. Multi-sensory 4D elements will be combined and leveraged for maximum impact to make audiences feel like they are in the experience alongside the characters, including high-velocity wind arrays, atmospheric fog, towering fire bursts, and infrasound haptic seats.

After the show, guests can make the short walk to the nearby Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Resort for transportation to the air terminal. Guests will then enjoy a helicopter flight over the Strip, offering panoramic views of major Las Vegas landmarks including Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena, the Luxor light beam, the Bellagio fountains, the High Roller Observation Wheel, and the vibrant, LED-covered Sphere. The flight provides a unique aerial perspective on the city’s iconic architecture and neon glow against the dark desert sky. Upon return to the terminal, passengers will receive transportation to most major Las Vegas hotels on the Strip and Downtown.

The Sphere experience is designed to be family-friendly and is recommended for guests aged 6 and up. Individuals with sensitivities to flashing lights, loud sounds, or motion effects should contact Sphere’s Accessibility Services for guidance prior to attendance.

Tour Includes:

  • General Admission to Wizard of Oz at Sphere (runtime: approximately 75 minutes), with best available seating in sections P10, P11, or P12.
  • Approximately 10-15-minute flight covering both sides of the Las Vegas Strip and the legendary Downtown district
  • Transfers from Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Resort to air terminal and from air terminal to most Las Vegas Strip and downtown hotels included

Transportation:

  • Guests must arrange their own transportation to the Sphere.
  • Transfer included from Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Resort (walking distance from the Sphere) to the air terminal.
  • Pick-up is approximately 65 minutes before flight departure.
  • Upon return to the air terminal, passengers will be transported to most hotels on the Las Vegas Strip or Downtown Las Vegas.

Terms and Conditions:

  • This package requires a minimum of two (2) guests.
  • The Wizard of Oz at Sphere show is intended for audiences ages 6+.
  • Passengers will be responsible for transfers to the Sphere Experience.
  • Late admission to Wizard of Oz show is not permitted and tickets are not refundable if the guest does not arrive on time.
  • Photography is permitted before the show begins. Flash photography is not permitted during the showing.
  • Bring your I.D. – Passengers 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification.
  • Check-in for the helicopter tour is 45 minutes in advance.
  • Transfers are available from Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Resort, walking distance from the Sphere, to the Las Vegas air terminal.
  • All helicopter passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Papillon will charge passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more for an additional comfort seat.
  • Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Tour may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
  • All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-835-8477. Please have your reservation number available.
  • Our specialists are available daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
  • Baggage Restrictions - Purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft due to limited space.
