• The party must be two guests or more to book this package.
• Tour is available as a private option for up to 6 passengers.
• Gratuity for the restaurant is included in the package price.

• Aerial flight over the famous Las Vegas strip and downtown area. Approximately 10-15 minutes.
• Luxury-style Transportation.
• Four-Course tasting menu at Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano in the Venetian Resort. Gratuity for the restaurant is included in the package price. Beverages are not included. Guests will have the option to add during the dining experience and pay directly to the restaurant.

• Transportation for Dinner, then Night Flight - Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters will provide transportation for the helicopter portion. Guests will be responsible for transportation to the Venetian Resort for the restaurant portion.
• Transportation for Night Flight, then Dinner - Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters will provide transportation for the helicopter portion to the Venetian Resort. Guests will be responsible for transportation after the restaurant portion.

Tour Details (Dinner, then Night Flight)

• (3 hours before the helicopter tour time) Check in with the hostess at Matteo’s restaurant located at The Venetian Resort on Restaurant Row in The Venetian Tower and present a copy of this confirmation letter and a valid government-issued ID to enjoy a four-course pre-set tasting menu exclusively designed for you.
• Luxury transportation pick-up from The Venetian Resort, Underground Tour Lobby (1 hour before the helicopter tour time).
• Check-in at the Papillon terminal 45 minutes before the flight.
• Lift off on a narrated helicopter air tour of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip for a once-in-a-lifetime experience!
• Views of the Las Vegas Strip can include an eruption of a volcano at the Mirage; the magnificent fountains of the Bellagio; the clock tower at St. Mark's Square at the Venetian, and the Eiffel Tower replica before passing the Stratosphere and looping back over downtown Las Vegas.
• Return to the terminal with photos and memories to last a lifetime!
• Total flight time is approximately 10-12 minutes.
• Check-in with the Customer Service Representative for transportation service back to your hotel to enjoy the rest of your vacation.
• Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters will provide transportation for the helicopter portion. Guests will be responsible for transportation to the Venetian Resort for the restaurant portion.
• The total tour duration is approximately 4 hours from dinner to drop-off.

• Hotel pick-up and luxury transportation service.
• Check-in at the Papillon Helicopters terminal 45 minutes before the flight.
• Lift off on a narrated helicopter air tour of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip for a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

• Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters will provide transportation for the helicopter portion to the Venetian Resort. Guests will be responsible for transportation after the restaurant portion.
• The total tour duration is approximately 4 hours from dinner to drop-off.

• Bring your I.D. – Passengers 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification.
• Check-in is 45 minutes before the booked tour's start time.
• Complimentary hotel transportation is available from most centrally located Las Vegas hotels.
• Please arrange pickup from your hotel when you call to confirm your reservation.
• All helicopter passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Papillon will charge passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more for an additional comfort seat.
  Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Tour may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
• Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
• All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-835-8477. Please have your reservation number available.
• Check-in with the hostess at Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano located at The Venetian Resort inside The Palazzo Tower and present a copy of this confirmation letter and a valid government-issued ID to enjoy a tasting menu exclusively designed for you.
• Gratuity for the restaurant is included in the package price.
• FUEL SURCHARGE: A temporary fuel surcharge of $5.00 per seat is in effect until March 31, 2024, and is collected at the time of check-in.
