This incredible day trip includes a spectacular scenic flight by airplane over the eastern rim of the Grand Canyon, the Confluence of the Little Colorado River, Horseshoe Bend, and Lake Powell. Upon landing in Page, Arizona guests will embark on a guided ground tour of Lower Antelope Slot Canyon. Gaze upon the twists and turns of the carved walls and their beautiful radiant colors. The Native American guide will share the history of the canyon and its indigenous people. Make sure to have a camera to capture the incredible and ever-changing imagery within the undulating stone walls.

The journey continues with Wilderness River Adventures aboard a motorized raft. This portion of the tour launches from the historic Lee's Ferry for an 18-mile smooth water float up the Colorado River. Witness the rock formations and the canyon walls rising hundreds of feet on either side. Stop along the way to see ancient petroglyphs interpreted by the river guide. The raft will wind through Horseshoe Bend before stopping back at Lee's Ferry. The trip concludes with transfers through the Navajo Reservation and back to Grand Canyon South with a stop at Cameron Trading Post.

Sample Itinerary:

  • Self Drive: Guests will check-in at our Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines Terminal 30 minutes prior to flight.
  • They will board the airplane equipped with high wings and large windows for optimum viewing and air-conditioned comfort.
  • Views of the Eastern Rim of the Grand Canyon (approximately 80 miles), Colorado River, and Page/Lake Powell. Flight duration is approximately 1 hour.
  • Arrive at Page airport and meet your Native American guide. Board a 4-wheel-drive vehicle for a guided tour of Lower Antelope Canyon (approximately 1 ½ hour).
  • Transfer from your Antelope Canyon Tour and check in with Wilderness River Adventures.
  • A box lunch will be provided to carry throughout your rafting trip.
  • Meet your rafting guide and board your motorized raft for a 18-mile float trip on the Colorado River, starting from the historic Lee's Ferry.
  • Stop for approximately 30 minutes for views of Petroglyphs. A brief bathroom stop will be provided.
  • The rafting tour will end back at Lee’s Ferry where your ground transportation awaits for a return trip to the Grand Canyon National Park Airport.
  • Travel through Navajo Indian Reservation with a brief stop at Cameron Trading Post (Drive time is approximately 3.5 hours).
  • Drop-off locations are limited to Grand Hotel, Holiday Inn, Red Feather Lodge, Canyon Plaza Hotel, Best Western Squire Inn, and Maswik Lodge.
  • The total tour duration is approximately 11 hours.

Terms and Conditions:

  • All guests must be at least 4 years old.
  • Bring your I.D. – Passengers 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification.
  • Check-in is 30 minutes before the booked tour's start time.
  • All airplane passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more will be charged for an additional seat.
  • Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Tour may be changed or canceled without penalty up to 72 hours prior to departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
  • Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
  • All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-638-3300. Please have your reservation number available. Our specialists are available daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
