Transportation Details
- Passengers must provide their transportation to and from the Downtown Foodie Tour. They will check-in at 10:45 AM at the roundabout across the street from the Golden Gate Hotel (Plaza Hotel 1 N Main Street, Las Vegas 89101). The tour guide will have a pink Taste Buzz Food Tours sign. The ending location is different, and guests must provide their transportation back to their hotel. The closest paid parking is at the Plaza Hotel and Casino.
- In the evening, passengers will be picked up by a Luxury Transport at selected Las Vegas Hotel.
Foodie Tour Reservation
- Papillon will confirm Downtown Foodie Tour with Taste Buzz Food Tour on behalf of the lead guest.
- Guest must present photo identification and printed confirmation letter Taste Buzz Food Tour to show this is a pre-paid package.

Guest must provide their own transportation to and from the Downtown Foodie Tour, starting point is at the roundabout across the street from the Golden Gate Hotel (Plaza Hotel 1 N Main Street, Las Vegas 89101). The tour guide will have a pink Taste Buzz Food Tours sign.
Enjoy a casual, walking food tour through downtown Las Vegas. Eat 3 - 4 popular local restaurants sampling 1 to 3 dishes at each location for a complete meal. In between bites, you’ll visit top attractions and learn some interesting Vegas facts.
Casually stroll towards the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino. Revisit some of your favorite places from your food tour, watch the light show at the Fremont Street Experience, or stop for a drink along the way.
At the end of the foodie tour, guests are free to enjoy Las Vegas at their leisure before the evening helicopter.
Later that evening, meet your driver at the selected Las Vegas hotel. Enjoy the sights through the city streets en route to Las Vegas VIP Terminal.

For 11 AM Foodie Tour - Please check in for your foodie tour at 10:45 AM at the roundabout across the Golden Gate Hotel (Plaza Hotel 1 N Main Street, Las Vegas 89101). Passengers must provide transportation to and from the Downtown Foodie Tour and arrive no later than 11:00 AM. Your foodie guide will have a pink Taste Buzz Food Tours sign. The total Foodie tour is approximately 3 hours. If you have any questions regarding the Foodie Tour, please contact 702-909-0337.
FOR 5 PM FOODIE TOUR - Please check in for your foodie tour at 4:45 PM at the roundabout across the street from the Golden Gate Hotel (Plaza Hotel 1 N Main Street, Las Vegas 89101). Passengers must provide transportation to the Downtown Foodie Tour and arrive no later than 5:00 PM. Your foodie guide will have a pink Taste Buzz Food Tours sign. The total Foodie tour is approximately 3 hours. If you have any questions regarding the Foodie Tour, please contact 702-909-0337. After the Foodie Tour, the guest will meet the driver by 8:40 PM at Golden Nugget outside the tour lobby on the 1st floor for transport for the helicopter portion of the tour.
Bring your I.D. – Passengers 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification.
Check-in is 45 minutes before the booked tour's start time.
Complimentary hotel transportation is available from most centrally located Las Vegas hotels. Please arrange pickup from your hotel when you call to confirm your reservation.
All helicopter passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Papillon will charge passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more for an additional comfort seat.

Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Tour may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-835-8477. Please have your reservation number available.
Food allergies and restrictions - You must inform us immediately of any food allergies or food restrictions. Please note that we will try our best to accommodate; however, there are no guarantees that there are substitutions for any or all of the dishes. Substitutions may not reflect the original tasting. After the tour begins, we are unable to make any substitutions. There are no refunds for any dish that could not be substituted due to food restrictions, food allergies, and/or food preferences.
Consuming alcohol in the State of Nevada - You must be at least 21 years of age to drink alcohol in the state of Nevada. Any person who orders a cocktail package must present a valid form of ID showing that he/she is at least 21 years of age on the day of the tour. If under any circumstance you fail to present a valid form of ID or are not of legal drinking age, you will not be able to consume any alcoholic drinks on tour, and you will not be granted a refund.
Passengers must provide their own transportation to and from the Downtown Foodie Tour. Roundtrip transportation is included for the helicopter portion of the package.
FUEL SURCHARGE: Due to the increased price of aviation fuel, a temporary fuel surcharge of $5.00 per seat is in effect and is collected at the time of check-in.
