Travel to the bottom of the Canyon to Float the Colorado River through the iconic Horseshoe Bend.

Your day trip begins at the Grand Canyon National Park, where you will be picked up and travel by bus through the Grand Canyon's Eastern Rim and the Navajo Nation lands. Your destination is Page, Arizona. Once you arrive at the historic Lee's Ferry, you will board a motorized river raft and begin your 18-mile float trip on the Colorado River. A light box lunch is included.

While floating between the canyon walls rising hundreds of feet above, your guide will share the history of the area and the ancient people who once lived there. You will also have the opportunity to take a short hike along the river bank to see ancient petroglyphs. Your next highlight will be the world-famous Horseshoe Bend and its awe-inspiring cliffs soaring above it. Your trip concludes back at historic Lee's Ferry, where ground transportation awaits for your return trip to the Grand Canyon area with a stop at Cameron Trading Post.

  • Mobility Restrictions - Due to the steep slopes and several narrow pathways within Antelope Canyon and the sandy footing, this tour is not recommended for pregnant women, is not wheelchair accessible, and prohibits passengers with limited movement capabilities.

Sample Itinerary:

  • Check-in at our Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines Terminal or approved hotel 30 minutes before motor coach departure.
  • Enjoy the eastern views of the Grand Canyon National Park and the Navajo Indian Reservation in Page, Arizona. (approximately 3 hours).
  • Arrive at Wilderness River Adventures to meet your river guide and check in for your rafting tour, starting from Historic Lee's Ferry.
  • Take in nature’s beauty while on your 18-mile motorized raft trip down the Colorado River.
  • A box lunch will be provided to carry throughout your rafting trip.
  • Travel through a 2-mile tunnel where you will meet your rafting guide and board your motorized raft for an 18-mile float trip on the Colorado River through Glen Canyon.
  • Stop for approximately 30 minutes for views of Petroglyphs. A brief bathroom stop will be provided.
  • Your rafting tour will end at Historic Lee’s Ferry, where your ground transportation awaits for a return trip to the Grand Canyon National Park Airport or hotel.
  • Travel through Navajo Indian Reservation with a brief stop at Cameron Trading Post (Drive time is approximately 3.5 hours).
  • The total tour duration is approximately 11 hours

Terms and Conditions:

  • Bring your I.D. – Passengers 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification.
  • Check-in is 30 minutes before the booked tour's start time.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Tour may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund.
  • All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-577-9056. Please have your reservation number available.
  • FUEL SURCHARGE: A temporary fuel surcharge of $10.00 per seat is in effect until March 31, 2024, and is collected at the time of check-in.
  • Age Restrictions - Passengers must be 4 years of age or older.
  • Luggage Restrictions - luggage of any sort will NOT be permitted on the bus due to limited space.
